what's new for 2026?
- Healthcare Premiums: There are no changes to your medical and dental premiums for 2026. Plus, we are pleased to announce a decrease in vision premiums. Learn more.
- Balanced Choice Plan: Get more coverage for less! The in-network deductible, out-of-pocket maximum and copays for non-Tier 1 primary care and all specialists are all decreasing next year. Learn more.
- Consumer Health Plan: Deductibles are increasing slightly due to IRS requirements. However, we’re adding a copay for virtual care and telemedicine visits, making remote care more affordable! Learn more.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) Contribution Limits: The IRS has increased the maximum amount you can contribute to your HSA. You can now save up to $4,400 for individual coverage and $8,750 for family coverage. (Remember, Sabre’s contributions of $500/$1,000 count toward these annual maximums). Learn more.
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA): For 2026, the IRS has increased the maximum annual contribution for the Dependent Care FSA to $7,500. This higher limit allows you to set aside more pre-tax dollars for eligible dependent care expenses. Learn more.
- Introducing the Virtual Cancer Clinic: Our new program with Color offers personalized cancer screening plans and expert support services for patients and caregivers. Learn more.
